Why was I banned?

If you were banned from Wolfpack Island, it happened because you broke the game rules. It is rare for bans to happen accidentally, since bans are not automated. If you believe you were banned accidentally, please email the team ([email protected]) and you should receive a reply within 2 days. If you were not banned accidentally, you will not receive a response. You can create a new account but breaking the game rules on multiple accounts may lead to a registration ban, meaning you cannot create new accounts with ease.
